  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
  • No exchange on Stationary, Glass Tumblers, jewelry, or accessories.

Return via Courier

  • Contact us via Business WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and issue.
  • Our team will verify the claim. Customers will bear shipping charges for returns.
  • Pack the item securely with original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Once received, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, RAYA covers the return shipping cost.
  • A replacement, exchange, or suitable resolution will be provided.

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery through Customer Support.
