Will you restock items marked as “Sold Out”?
If an item is sold out, you may request to be notified when it is restocked. If the item becomes available again within 15 days, we will notify you via email. If the product is permanently out of stock, it will be removed from the website.
Will I receive the exact product shown in the photos?
We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, actual product color may vary slightly due to screen settings, device displays, and lighting conditions during photography.
Can I receive updates about new arrivals and offers via email?
Yes. Simply subscribe to the RAYA newsletter by entering your email address in the subscription section available in the website footer. You’ll receive updates about new arrivals, offers, and brand news.
Can I unsubscribe from the RAYA newsletter?
Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in our emails.
How can I recover my forgotten password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the Login – Forgot Password section. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Your password must be at least 8 characters, alphanumeric, and include one uppercase letter.
How can I make sure my purchase was successful?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us via Business WhatsApp.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. If you placed your order while logged into your account, you can check the status in the “My Orders” section.
If you placed the order as a guest, you can track it using the link provided in your confirmation email.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
RAYA only sells items in perfect condition. In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us via Business WhatsApp. Within 7 days of delivery and share clear images along with your order number. Our team will assist you with an appropriate resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched yet. Please contact us via Business WhatsApp as soon as possible to request cancellation.
Is my personal information confidential?
Yes. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data. Information collected is used only to process orders and communicate regarding your purchase, unless disclosure is required by law.

Do I need to register to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account.
However, creating an account allows you to save your address, track orders, and view order history for a smoother shopping experience.
Can I place an order by phone?
No. All orders must be placed online through our website.
How to Buy?
You just have to follow these simple steps:
- Browse our collection and the product category you’re interested in.
- Click on any product to view detailed information, including images, fabric composition, available sizes, reference number, and price.
- Select your desired size and color, then click Add to Cart.
- You may continue shopping by repeating the same steps or proceed to checkout by clicking on the Shopping Cart.
- Review your cart and click Place Order.
- Enter your personal and shipping details, ensure all information is correct, then click Continue to Shipping.
- Choose your preferred payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer or Paid through Credit Card.
- Confirm your order and complete the checkout process.
How can I find out if an item is available?
To check whether an item is available on our online store, simply enter the reference number in the search bar on www.byraya.co. If the item is in stock, it will appear in the search results.
What if I don’t have the reference number?
We require the reference number because of the large number of items and frequent collection updates, which makes it difficult to identify a product without it.
We recommend browsing our collections or checking our official social media pages to locate the item and its reference number.
If you are still unable to find it, you may send us a clear photo of the item on our Business WhatsApp, and our team will review it and assist you accordingly.

Are items from past seasons available?
Yes, selected items from past seasons may still be available on our website.

Where can I find the size chart?
You can find the Size Chart on each product page, usually displayed next to the product images.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart before placing an order.

How can I find out the length of a pair of trousers?
Most of our trousers follow a standard length. For exact measurements, please refer to the Size Guide available on the product page of the selected item.

What payment methods can I use to make purchases?
RAYA offers the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard

Why was my credit card declined?
Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:
- Expired card: Ensure your card is valid and not past its expiry date.
- Exceeded card limit: Check with your bank if your card has sufficient funds or available limit.
- Incorrect information: Make sure all card details are entered correctly, including name, number, expiry date, and CVV.
What should I do if I see a double charge for an order?
First, contact your bank for clarification. You may also reach out to our Customer Support team at info@byraya.co or via Business WhatsApp for assistance.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Payments via Visa and MasterCard are processed only through Safe Electronic Commerce (SEC). Your bank will verify the transaction, and only once approved will your card be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Shipping & Deliveries
You can have your order delivered to a private address such as your home, workplace, or a designated drop point.
Please note: deliveries cannot be made to post office boxes.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Regular deliveries: 5–7 working days
- During sales or high-demand periods: 7–10 working days
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Orders using online payments may undergo a fraud verification check before processing.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information (check your junk/spam folders just in case).
How much is shipping for domestic orders?
A flat shipping fee of PKR 249 plus FBR POS Fee 1 PKR will be applied to all orders within Pakistan.
Which courier will deliver my order?
The courier depends on your delivery area and shipment type.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the courier name and tracking details.
What happens if I’m not at home when the order is delivered?
The courier will attempt delivery twice.
If delivery is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the warehouse. The courier may also contact you for confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we verify with up to 2 confirmation calls. If unattended, your order will be canceled.
- You may request order cancellation anytime before processing.
- RAYA may cancel orders due to reasons like out-of-stock items, incorrect contact details, or technical errors.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Online Purchases
1.1 General Policy
- All online purchases are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items will be exchanged at the current selling price.
- No exchange on Stationary, Glass Tumblers, jewelry, or accessories.
Return via Courier
- Contact us via Business WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details and issue.
- Our team will verify the claim. Customers will bear shipping charges for returns.
- Pack the item securely with original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Once received, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, RAYA covers the return shipping cost.
- A replacement, exchange, or suitable resolution will be provided.
Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery through Customer Support.
How Can I Use a Discount Code?
- Discount codes are entered just before completing payment during checkout.
- At the payment stage, enter your code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field and click Apply. The discount will then be reflected in the final purchase amount.
- Promotional codes have expiry dates and are valid for one-time use only.
Is the Discount Applied Automatically?
- No. You must enter the code in the “Discount Code” field and click Apply to see the discount applied to your order.
How Can I Find Out About Upcoming Promotions?
- Promotions are announced on the home page, through social media, newsletters.
Can I Exchange an Item Bought During a Promotion?
- Only size exchanges are allowed for items purchased on promotion, subject to size availability.
How Can I Modify My Account Login Information?
- Log in to your account first.
- Go to the “Login Details” section to change your password or email address linked to your account.
How Can I Modify My Default Delivery Address?
- Log in to your account and go to the “Address Book” section to add, edit, or delete addresses.
- You can also change the address during the “Shipping” step of checkout, but these changes will not be saved for future orders.
Can I Modify the Delivery Method for My Order?
- Once an order is completed, the delivery method cannot be changed.
- If the order hasn’t left the warehouse, you may cancel and place a new order with the correct delivery method. Be aware that items may sell out in the meantime.
Can I Add, Delete, or Change Items in a Completed Order?
- Completed orders cannot be modified.
- If the order hasn’t been shipped, you may cancel and reorder, but some items may no longer be available.
What Do I Do If My Account Is Disabled?
- Accounts are automatically disabled after too many failed login attempts.
